Because of Quigley Chevrolet's Service dept. taking care of me when others didn't, Quigley earned my business when we leased our new Equinox in 2024. This time again, we had a leak in our front tire. I phoned the Service Department at 7:00 am in the morning and they got us in that same day. Couldn't ask for better than that. They continue to earn our business. If my rating could go higher than 5 stars, they would get it.

Quigley Chevrolet salesperson Brian Mondschein is a no pressure salesperson, important to me. Two years ago, he sold me a 2023 Equinox I felt I got a fair deal. This month I returned for a 2026 Equinox (my 2023 was totaled when I was run into from the back). I was traveling in a week and needed a new auto quickly. As always, its a pleasure to have Quigley work on my vehicles. They're open early, so I'm able to drop my keys off on my way to work, and they make pick up on my way home a breeze. I had my truck in for a lighting problem, and I know electrical issues are not fun or easy to diagnose and repair, but they're tech made quick work of it. Everything is working just like the day it was built now. Would not ever consider taking my cars to any other dealership.

I have dealt with Scott Weaver in the past and again, he was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and got the deal done quick and painless. Quigley always has a family atmosphere and great staff. My chevy was totaled a year and half ago and had to quickly buy a new car and had to go to another dealer. I could not wait to get rid of that car and come back to my longtime chevy dealer, Quigley where they treat you good from the time you walk in the door. I hate the thought of going elsewhere again, where you are a nobody or just a number.

I unexpectedly picked up a screw in my tire, and I was closer to the dealership than I was to home. I called to ask if I could bring my vehicle for them to check the tire and they were able to fit me in. Every employee there is friendly and easy to speak with. I enjoyed a cup of coffee, met some other lovely customers and was shortly on my way back home with peace of mind.

Nick was a great Advisor, and the Tech that repaired the blend door and actuator did a great job, the tech also had to take the cylinder head off to get all the carbon deposits out, I hope GM sees this but the 2.4 L Echotech is a terrible engine have to get the carbon deposits cleaned out ever year and to replace a plastic blend door that costs $35 dollars my bill ended up being over $1400 which is almost more than the vehicle is worth now, cause he had to take the seats, center console and dash apart to get to the blend door, GM should give me money back cause of the poorly designed Echotech and how to access the blend door instead of being able to access it right from the side. Quigley Chevrolet pulled through again and got my Terrain back in great running condition. Thank you Nick and the Tech who has been working on it.

Always do a great job here. Went in for interment check engine light that went away as soon as I dropped it off. Nick was great! He took time to explain everything over the phone came up with a game plan and they fixed the issue.
